Ms. Middleton received her J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Buffalo Law School, where she received a concentration in Labor and Employment. Ms. Middleton passed the July, 2012 New York State Bar Examination and was admitted in February of 2012. Her labor and employment practice at SJA concentrates on counseling and representing employers in a variety of labor and employment related issues, including but not limited to, Title VII, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the New York State Human Rights Law, New York State Labor Laws, the National Labor Relations Act and the Taylor Law.
