Biography
Ms. Joseph is a founding partner in the law firm of Schröder, Joseph & Associates, LLP. Ms. Joseph has been providing employment and labor services, as well as complex litigation services to private and public sector clients for over thirty-six years. Her practice includes representation of clients in employment class actions and she has provided these services not only in Western New York but also in the Southern District of New York as well as in other States where she has acted as lead counsel pursuant to pro hac admission to these courts. Ms. Joseph also represents clients in the areas of discrimination, harassment and other employment litigation, including enforcement of non-compete and confidentiality agreements and handles commercial and business litigation. Ms. Joseph is also trained and qualified as a FINRA arbitrator.
Ms. Joseph has also provided pro bono services to organize and create not-for-profit corporations and foundations and has assisted these organizations in grant administration.
